What kind of yarn do you use?
Majority of my handmade knitwear is uses the highest quality merino wool or merino and silk or cashmere blends.
How do I wash my item?
Most accessories (hat/gloves/scarves) will only require spot cleaning when necessary. When washing any garments is needed, we recommend hand washing in cold water with mild, wool detergent. Gently squeeze out (do not twist) excess water then wrap in a towel to further wring out water. Reshape your item and lay it flat to dry. Be aware that wool can take 2-3 days to fully dry. Do not use heat or tumble dry as this will damage your item.

Also, because merino wool is odor resistant, it can be worn multiple times without the need for washing like man made fibers.
How fast will my order ship?
Ready to ship items listed in our shop will ship within 1-2 business days vis USPS. Custom orders will vary based on project request and will be discussed with client prior to payment.

What if my package is lost?
All packages will be sent with a tracking number. If after all efforts to resolve with shipping carrier have been exhausted and your package is not found, I will refund or replace your order. Turnaround time for fulfillment will vary.
